Hi everyone!!
This summer I'll be shopping around for a condo or townhouse downtown. I am looking to buy a place with 2 beds and 1-2 baths. I will be renting out one of my rooms and would be cool to have a roommate who is also in med school. As of now, I am interested in the west end (between Spadina and Bathurst; between college and Wellington). I am not sure if people think that might be too far from campus or from hospitals?
Generally, what areas are you interested in and would you prefer a condo or new townhouse??...just want to ensure that I am getting a place that is appealing to students like ourselves (the last thing I want is to be stuck with an old potentially creepy "professional" that I don't know, lol)!
Let me know your ideas!
